Brachetto d Acqui granitas-sorbet and strawberries
1,5 cups (3,75 dl) Brachetto d'Acqui d.o.c.g
1 ½ cup (375 g) strawberries
1cup + 2 tbsp (220 g) sugar
2 tbsp (20 g) dextrose (sugar substitute)
Stabilizer for sorbet (optional) according to information from manufacturer
Wash strawberries and let them marinate in the refrigerator with Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG for about 30 minutes. Mix all, adding sugar mixed with any stabilizer.
Pour into ice cream maker and let mix.
Serve as desired with other strawberries marinated in Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG garnished with lemon balm or mint leaves.
